What is an ApS?
A company with its own finances. The company is liable for the debt, not you.
Capital and capital confirmation
The company must have at least when it is formed. A bank, a lawyer or an auditor must confirm that the money has been paid in. Sparro never confirms or holds the capital.
Beneficial owners
The people who ultimately own the company must be registered with the Danish Business Authority. If the owners change, the registration must be corrected.
VAT
The limit for having to register for VAT is in sales over 12 months.
Deadlines in the first year
Corporation tax and tax on account have fixed deadlines. The annual report must be filed within after the financial year.

Who may confirm the capital?
A bank, a lawyer or an auditor. You cannot confirm it yourself.
What does it cost to register an ApS?
The state fee is . On top of that comes the share capital of at least , which is your own money, and the price of the route you choose.
Can I do it without Sparro?
Yes. The plan is free and works without Sparro. You can write the papers yourself and register on virk.dk.
How long does it take?
It depends on the bank and the Danish Business Authority. Each task shows its typical time, and it is never a promise.
