Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sparro.dk and the Sparro platform, including the waitlist if the product hasn't opened for you yet.
Who operates this site
Sparro is operated by Ceero ApS (CVR 45 44 13 93), Njalsgade 21F, 2. sal, Copenhagen.
The waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive an email from us when the beta opens. We don't guarantee a specific launch date or beta access, and you can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
The service and your account
Sparro is an all-in-one bookkeeping platform for Danish businesses — bookkeeping, invoicing, bank connectivity, payroll, and e-invoicing. You need a valid CVR number to create an account, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information and records you enter into the system. Sparro is a tool, not an accountant — you remain responsible for ensuring your bookkeeping and filings to SKAT comply with applicable law.
AI features
Sparro uses AI to suggest bookkeeping entries, categorization, and draft replies. These suggestions can contain errors and must always be reviewed by you before being used for bookkeeping or filing. Sparro isn't liable for errors in AI-generated suggestions that you haven't reviewed yourself.
Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose at signup or upgrade to. Payment is processed via Stripe or MobilePay, depending on your choice. Support or referral credits Sparro may grant are a one-time goodwill gesture, not an ongoing entitlement. You can cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
All content on sparro.dk and in the platform — text, design, logo, code, and illustrations — belongs to Ceero ApS and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior permission. Your own bookkeeping data and documents remain yours.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We aim for high uptime and accuracy, but can't guarantee error-free operation, since Sparro is under continuous development and features may change. Integrations with third-party services (banking, payroll, e-invoicing) depend on those services' own availability.
Limitation of liability
Ceero ApS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses from bookkeeping errors you haven't reviewed yourself, to the extent permitted under Danish law.
Termination and your data
You can close your account at any time — this freezes it (read-only, and can be reopened) without deleting your data. If you want your data deleted, you need to separately request account deletion; that immediately deletes data not subject to the bookkeeping duty (e.g. push notifications and sessions), while your bookkeeping itself is retained until the statutory deadline under the Bookkeeping Act has passed. You can export your bookkeeping data at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be settled in the Danish courts.
Support scope
Our support covers questions about using the Sparro platform: bookkeeping, invoicing, bank connectivity, payroll, and e-invoicing. Local mail-client setup (Apple Mail, Outlook, phone sync) and general device troubleshooting are out of scope. The third-party registered-address providers listed on /virtual-office aren't part of Sparro, and we don't provide support on their behalf. Support doesn't cover tax or accounting advice — for that, we point you to an accountant, including one of our marketplace partners.
